My training is in Swedish, Shiatsu and Holistic techniques though I tend to go with the flow based on intuition and experience. Reiki and energy clensing rituals are used when needed.
Any knots in the neck, shoulders and back as well as aches and pains from intense workouts in the legs will be taken care of.
Shower facilities and refreshments are available.
1 hr is 80, 90 mins is 120. 1st time clients get a discount of 20.
