Tantra Yoga is the path to awakening through embodiment. It is not uncommon for us to spend our days consumed by our thoughts. When we learn to quiet our mind and be present with our experiences we are able to access higher states of awareness, thereby accessing the path to deeper pleasure and healing.
Beyond embodiment, Tantra sessions are a combination of conscious loving touch that gently soothes the body and senses while awakening our life force. The entire experience is a ritual that celebrates the whole being that you are, in a safe space filled with love and acceptance.
Breath Deeply
Your breath is the vehicle by which you may access deeper levels of presence and pleasure. It is a key element in regulating our body and mind.
Presence
During your session, you will be gently and lovingly encouraged to stay with your body and be with your experience. Here, in presence, is where we break from the old and call in the new, expanding our ability to be in bliss in all things past our limiting expectations.
Touch is a powerful pathway to mindfulness, expansion and healing. Our emotions live in our bodies. Consensual touch invites us to open to and experience the full range of our emotions.
