The session starts with gentle yoga stretches and breathing exercise to bring your body and mind to present. This allows you to be fully present for the session that is about to follow.
- Then we proceed with seated Indian head, neck and shoulder massage. Carefully selected oils and movements would ensure to melt your stress away.
- Now it's time for head to toe massage. My technique is a blend of gentle Swedish and vigorous Abhyanga (Ayurvedic massage) along with marma points.
- The session ends with through foot reflexology that will make your fully relaxed.
- Aromatherapy is incorporated throughout the session which is customized to your senses.
