If in person & you resonate I will first begin with smudging with sage, to cleanse the lungs & aura, followed by you choosing a crystal you resonate with for the practice & combining mudras, breath work & postures to help bring balance physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually. This will help open & balance our energy centres. We will end with reiki & crystal therapy during corpse pose & sound healing. reiki sessions can be in person or distant, with crystal therapy bodywork grid & an oracle reading for you to connect to your divine & guides.
