Together in combination they greatly facilitate the release of chronic and acute muscular tensions in the body. Good for muscular stiffness, pain, injuries, improving flexibility, general fatigue, sense of relaxation, and well-being.
Techniques: a combination of direct maneuvers on muscles ( e.g. muscle compression and kneading), rubbing, rocking, pulsing vibrations, shaking, tapping, simple passive-assisted stretching as well as joint mobilization (increases joint space and range of motion) & acupressure - no oil is used.
Practiced on a futon, please bring along your athletic shorts or boxers.
