I am a current student at an accredited massage therapy college. To get some experience in the real world while studying, I am offering reasonably priced massages + infrared sauna sessions out of the comfort of my own home. I am hoping to accelerate my skill set while providing valuable health & wellness services.
Massage therapy has numerous health benefits, including but not limited to: reduced muscle tension, improved circulation, stimulation of the lymphatic system, reduction of stress hormones, increased joint mobility and flexibility, improved skin tone, improved recovery of soft tissue injuries, and relaxation.
Infrared saunas are a healthier alternative to Scandinavian or Turkish saunas because they provide evenly-distributed heat that penetrates deep within tissue without excessively dehydrating or over hydrating the body. The benefits of using an infrared sauna include but aren’t limited to: better sleep, relaxation, detoxification, water weight loss, relief from sore muscles, relief from joint pain such as arthritis, improved circulation, clear and tighter skin, and healthy glow.

Any extra time in the sauna is charged at $1/minute.
Clean table sheets, pillows and towels will be provided upon visit. Please bring your own slippers or flip flops if booking the sauna.
New patients: please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork prior to treatment.
