PRIMARY DUTIES As an Administrative Assistant at High Tide Wellness, you will: Direct incoming calls received and provide callers with information about the facility and our therapists as well as book appointments. Be the first point of contact for clients in the clinic, keep the area sanitary, safe and help with laundry. Enter client data, maintain confidentiality, be comfortable with our online booking system, direct insurance billing, client charges, collect payments and issues receipts Manage the appointment schedule to minimize cancelled appointments and vacancies. Help with marketing and social media posts for the clinic. Perform general office duties and provide administrative support QUALIFICATIONS To take on the role of Administrative Assistant, you must have: A post-secondary education in medical office / business administration considered an asset 1 to 2 years experience in a reception, customer service and/or retail management role considered an asset Well developed skills using word processing A professional customer service attitude A creative approach with a can-do attitude Effective problem-solving skills.
