*Swedish Relaxation Massage - light to medium pressure; a mixture of Swedish and Asian strokes. Less to none elbows used, no specific treatments; a massage for pure relaxation.
*Deeper-Relax Massage - a relaxation massage with deep pressure bringing the body in a deep but relaxed state; Great for muscular pain.
*Therapeutic Massage - medium to deep pressure; includes trigger point, myofascial release, reflexology. Specific strokes applied on painful and/or sore spots built up over the years - perfect for chronic muscle pain, nerve impingement (tingling, sharp, numbing pain, etc).
**My Most Enjoyed Technique - a combination of Therapeutic, Deeper-Relax, and Philippines' traditional massage, Hilot.
