Whether you are kick starting a healthy lifestyle or just indulging in a bit of pampering, I do my best to be as flexible as possible, so that you can book in during the day or after work to unwind from the daily tiredness and stresses of the day job.. Or perhaps maybe the weekend is better for you,
then treat yourself to a professional massage, that leaves you feeling rejuvenated and generally pampered.
That is the aim!!
No one wants to spend money to be treated like a number or a piece of meat, rushed in and then feeling like the therapist is ushering them out the door for the next appointment, that is why when you take a stroll along St Leonards Sea Front, take in the fresh sea air or meader along the parade of bohemian shops and delightful eateries before coming along to see me.
Situated along the Marina the front of the property has beautiful sea views and is no more than 10 mins from St Leonards train station making it easy to get to by public transport. The massage room is situated at the back making perfect space to have my clients as their is little noise from the road and it leaves a quiet space for people to get some much need quiet time and space to drift off whilst having their appointment should they want to. There is an extra wide electronic couch for maximum comfort and it is hoped that you would leave feeling substantially lighter and more relaxed.
Upon arrival you will be offered a herbal tea or glass of water and will be able to relax for a few minutes prior to starting, whilst the oil is heated up in the kitchen.
The massage goes on for a minimum of 90mins but can extend for as long as 3 hours dependent on what you want, costs increase for every 30 mins done after the first 90mins, not everyone wants it some choose to keep the oil on to nourish the skin, but a hot steam towel is always offered at the end (to take off any excess oil that may cause staining on your clothes.)
Please however allow an extra 30 minutes on top of the time you have booked in for, to account for the preparation time described and the rest/removal of oil at the end, as this is not deducted from the massage time, so will inevitably extend the session.
For those people into the healing arts there is the option to have Crystal Healing and meditation incorporated in the appointment, to help relax the mind as well as the body.
(To reiterate you will only be charged for the massage time, not time beyond that.)

This is not an alternative to a healthy way of living nor should you, replace any medication you have been prescribed in exchange for crystal healing, without consultation with your doctor, some people will be more receptive to 'healing then others.' (None of the treatment is invasive nor will it cause pain in the process, please make sure you don't drink alcohol prior to coming to appointment.)
Appointments are currently available from Monday-Friday 9am-accept a last appointment at 8pm (Possibility of very early appointments before work if booked in a few days ahead.)
Weekends I start at 10am and take my last appoint at 7:30pm, subject to availability but these appointments must be prearranged, I cannot guarantee appointments made last minute.
