We offer targeted cupping with minimal bruising, for troublesome muscle knots, and loosening the fascia. Choose from multiple pressures, including deep tissue, medium pressure or light touch. With longer sessions, include a foot, scalp or facial massage.
Massage therapy, bodywork and energy work allow you to take time to be aware of your body, and hear what it’s telling you. Notice tense, stiff muscles. Where do you feel pain? Where do you ache?
