They renovated may times trying to undo the initial bad design by adding rooms, reducing the size of the under marketed, and under used korean sauna and foot massage areas.

This I believe is the 3rd owner.

The challenges they have had were difficulties in attracting new staff, going through a reputation change from a legit place, to a FS shop, that the owners weren't aware of, and it's settling as a semi-legit place.

Some quite old aunties stayed on, younger ones came and went, but the business survived, even with the direct competition a few doors down.

The quality of massage service was always high.

I wish the new owners much success.

This will be interesting considering that their ladies are an older and they cater to an older group of customers. Lots of families and couples go here for the amenities as well. Will be following for sure.

When I went years ago, before COVID, it was still positioned as a legit. Opted for a body scrub, and hour massage.

The actual body scrub was mediocre, and didn't exfoliate. It was clear that the tips at the ending of the massage was what was important to the older attendant.

As she didn't have the attributes that I usually value, I didn't opt for a HE, but could clearly hear the customer in the adjoining room enjoying one, as there are certain rhythmic sounds and breathing which are unmistakable. After showering and getting dressed, could see that the lucky customer had a younger attendant who would be a 7 looks-wise.

Never repeated.

I went once a while back as a first foray into table shower+body scrub. It was super far out though because I thought it was the nearest place that does the body scrub stuff (later found out about multiple other places closer by). Although I don't remember much, I do remember the feeling of enjoying a pretty high mileage session in a place that looked so ostensibly legit/family oriented from the outside. I think thats the thing I enjoyed the most.
