new group

Hi guys, I've been going to 2 massage parlours over the past couple years and getting receipts all the time. My insurance (desjardins) covered me 80% every time. Now this year my work switched insurances to Industrielle Alliance and after i submitted the receipts i got back a paper in the mail...

i have a problem...when the new chat came up i accidentally clicked on ignore instead of try it out and now i cant get the group chat...please help but when i press the settings wheel i still dont have the add friends to chat option neither do i have the see history option

i click on the gear looking thing and it says "clear window" and "mark as spam" no option for group chat. is there a way i can activate it?

I heard that you can get video calling and group chat, I got video calling from facebook.com/videocalling and I set it up, but I don't have group chat. Is there a plugin for group chat too or did it not come out yet?
