It would be similar to any other semi legit spa. There are no hard and fast rules but usually it's like: basic HJ is $40 tips, $50-60 is for some light touching and/or topless up to $70-90 for NR or BS. Every girl will be slightly different in what they are comfortable with so take this as a general guideline only.

Visit the other day.

Paid $70 for 60min room fee. I did receive a good enough massage, something I never got with the old establishment.

I never knew there was a back door in the past, for those also didn't know, you enter from the grocery store (i.e. the street at the traffic light) and not from the plaza itself.

The MPA that I have most likely in her 40s with a "ok" body, not skinny or not fat. For a few times that I did visit this place in be past under the old name, I will say I usually get some at their 60s or very fat.

During the massage, not much teasing until toward the end when it is ready to flip. I just got the standard $40 HJ to finish.

With all the options up and down yonge in the area where all are at $60 / hr, not sure if I will go back unless there is someone that I really want to see that is at this location only.
