The Place is actually called Fennel Spa.
Its on the 2nd floor. The rooms have no showers but it is clean.
The girls that work there can usually be found at many of the other Russian MPA spas around.. on Eglinton,Dufferin,WestonRd, Wilson etc. They usually just rotate and will tell you they work only one day during the week... X 5 to cover all their days... in different joints. You will find Lina, Diana and others their but usually not more than 1 day a week and if its really slow they close by 6-7pm...worth a shot if you hit one of the better girls on their best day... I couldnt recommend any best day to go..I know a couple of the Fennel ladies are much older and try to impress with their veiny legs in a short skirt..... most Russian MPAs who allow to touch down below dont clean up too well and you get left with that fishy smell..no thanks..lol. Ask for the rubbing alcohol before you leave to wash up.
You are correct - it is a loss leader..but the MPA takes the loss and the owner basically tells them his ad gets the customers..you can upsell them and what you make is all yours..hence the line..but it is not a line it is the truth..the boss lets them work there and they just make the tips.

I had a session with Michelle at the Eglinton spa and had a mixed review.

Starting with the negative, I had to walk up a large flight of stairs to get to the spa and knocked on the locked door for 5 minutes before being told by Michelle to come back in 10 minutes.

Ten minutes later I returned and met Michelle and was shown to the washroom for a shower. She met me afterwards and escorted me to the room. I previously had booked a different girl only about 1 hour previoulsly but it was evident that Michelle was the only girl working so I went with her.

The good news was that she was very easy on the eyes and did a fairly good massage. The OP was right in the fact that she makes her money off of upgrades. I was very pleased with my upgrade choice and she even charged me less at the conclusion of my session than what we had originally agreed upon, saying that since it was my first visit she wanted me to leave with a smile on my face.

Not as upscale or professionally operated as many other spas but the damage for the entire 45 minutes was only $100. Repeat customer? Definitely but only when I am in Toronto anyway. I will not make a special trip to the city, but will reroute my course if I am there.

Been there several times. Usually only unattractive middle aged EE women available.

If you're going to go ahead with it, never pay more than $45 - $65 in total ($25 door fee + tip) unless there are extras offered.

i know its been a couple years since you posted this, but im new to the MP world and saw a picture of Lina. Definitely want to check this out after your review. Huge boobs, a little older and a good BS? how much did that run you btw?
