AC, small questions

Few questions pop in my mind every now and then when planning my next trip. So here goes:
1. Do you know if it's more difficult to find company in AC in January? Because chatted with one local girl today and she said she's going to see her parents in Christmas and maybe spending there the whole January too. Do other girls do the same??
(I mean the younger ones, not the old bar roses :mdr: )

2.Is there anything to see/do in AC downtown/away Reviewom the Fields Ave?

3. Are there any ATMs within Fields Ave excluding SM mall's where you can withraw 10.000PHP or more(?) ?

4. Is it hard to find ATMs in the Subic/Barretto area? Especially near National hwy.
