Years ago I saw an Oprah episode about women who had fought off rape attempts. One of the women was probably close to 70, and had been woken up by a rapist in her bedroom. He made her touch his penis, and she twisted it as hard as she could. She ended up dragging the guy out of the house by his dick, and if memory serves me correctly she then fired a shotgun at him. When Oprah asked her how she had had the presence of mind to do what she did, she said "that was my plan."
So yes, it is wise for girls to have a plan to try and escape these situations. However, I think it's probably very easy for a man to underestimate to shock and fear factor that kicks in for a girl when a man is holding the back of her head and jamming his cock into her mouth. Rational thought goes out the window in that situation, it's pure fear. So maybe you guys who've never been through it could stop judging the woman for being unable to escape, I'm sure that would have been her preference as well.
It will serve him right if he ends up HIV+.
