Only downside to this place is that there are no showers in the room. There is one. It's in the basement.

However this location is great if you reside in the west end. Now you don't need to drive all the way over to Golden Flower or Pink Flower.

Blue Flower was convenient when it was open. Was saddened when they closed after Covid. Happy that they opened BlueXado.

Rates are $160-180/hh. Services include cbj or bbbj (depending on the girl) and cfs.
