Best advice is "don't!" Hamilton quality is very poor. Also many of the places get harassed more than in Toronto. Take the time and drive to at least Etobicoke and hit a place like E-Spa on Jutland or even closer in Oakville is the Lotus Flower on Lakeshore east of Mavis. This is so true !! Stay away from Hamilton and especially the EC or embassy club the women stink like an Italian. They never wash or shave proper and look like drag queens. East of Oakville is always better because Hamilton is controlled by goofs.
