Can an Esthetician do relaxation massages in her own apartment?

Can a licensed Esthetician perform relaxation massages to clients as a quick cash side thing in her apartment (without registering it as a business, etc. and just have the clients sign papers that will not hold me responsible for injuries)? It'll be something like once a day so the neighbors will not be bothered. This is in Ontario.
I'm more curious about the legal part of it since I'll always have someone there for safety.
