Toronto Police responded to a sex assault call in the Ellesmere Rd. and Markham Rd. area on Tuesday at about 2:20 a.m.
It’s alleged the accused placed an ad in a Facebook community group posing as a registered massage therapist, even though he’s not, and the victim attended the accused’s address in response and was sexually assaulted.
Charged was Lutgrado Condicion.
Police believe there may be more victims.

A male suspect is sought after two vehicles were involved in a shooting in Oshawa Wednesday.
Around 12:40 p.m., Durham Regional Police responded to a report of gun shots in the area of Elmgrove Ave. and Westmount St. and located a bullet hole in the front of a residence.

Police said at about 12:35 p.m., the driver of a black Audi A3 two-door, and the driver of a silver Infiniti G37 four-door sedan, were involved in an altercation in the southeast corner of the Oshawa Centre parking lot and the driver of the Infiniti allegedly fired a gun at the Audi, as both vehicles fled the area at a high rate of speed.
No persons with injuries have come forward to police.
Anyone with cell phone, dash cam, surveillance footage or information about this incident is asked to contact D/Cst. Fluxgold of the Central East Division Criminal Investigations Branch at 1-888-579-1520 ext. 2732.

Durham Regional Police have charged a 21-year-old Toronto man with seven offences after a shooting in Caesarea, Ont., on July 6 that left a male with life-altering injuries.
On Nov. 21, a search warrant was served at a residence in the Albion Rd.-Martin Grove Rd. area in Toronto where a man was taken into custody .
Kwabena Duodo, 21, of Toronto, is charged with aggravated assault, forcible confinement, point firearm, possess restricted/prohibited firearm – no licence, utter threats, occupy motor vehicle with firearm, and careless use/handle/store of firearm.
Two additional suspects, who are currently in custody at a Toronto detention centre, have also been identified.

Hamilton Police are seeking the public’s help in gathering information regarding a home invasion in the area of Highland Rd. W.-Winterberry Dr. area on Wednesday.
Cops alleged that a group of masked suspects broke into the residence at about 3:20 a.m. while the occupants were home and stole an undisclosed amount of cash and jewellery before fleeing the scene in a newer model white Honda Civic and an older model silver Honda CRV.
Police say during the escape, one of the suspects in the silver Honda CRV displayed a handgun to witnesses.
Police believe this incident was targeted and there is no ongoing threat to public safety.
Police are urging residents and businesses in the area to review any video surveillance footage from the timeframe of the incident.

A 47-year-old Keswick man has been charged with two counts of impaired driving after a single-motor vehicle crash.
Durham Regional Police said on July 19 at around 5:20 p.m., a white GMC Sierra was being driven on Uxbridge Concession Rd. 7, south of Chalk Lake Rd. in Uxbridge.
Police said the car was travelling southbound when it lost control, failed to negotiate the curve, entered the east ditch, and struck some trees.
The driver was extracted by Uxbridge Fire Services and airlifted via Air Ornge to a Toronto-area trauma centre.
The investigation ended on Wednesday, and Christopher Ransome was charged with impaired operation of a conveyance and impaired operation of a conveyance – exceed.
