I'm both intimidated and inspired by the rigorous crossfit workouts (I am a female).
I used to do rowing and tennis competitively, but it has been 3 years since I've done any serious training. I wonder if there any exercises I should already be proficient at prior to training, and when I should expect to see/feel results.
