Under Bill C36 the sex workers have immunity and must have a “safe place” to ply their trade. Of course no landlord is obliged to tolerate a whorehouse as a tenant but any evictions during a pandemic will be dealt with harshly by the provincial government as per Doug Ford.

GREAT, that area is the armpit of Toronto. I hope they do well in Markham and decide to open a spa there or in Scarborough. Closer for me and give some REAL competition to the spas there that have become lazy/complacent and take their customers for granted. Likely put some of the dumps out of business and then "Sabrina" may be able to buy one of those properties cheap.

I have no doubt of which ilk is the property owner. Probably trying to see if he can increase rent.

I hope you can find a better location. Shouldn't be difficult with all the upcoming vacancies courtesy of our regime and their plandemic.

Maybe we are discussing a different Delinto. I'm talking about Bloor and Kipling, near the freakin subway station, vacant lots, grungy plazas! Industrial units... If you think that's "beautiful", I have some swamp land to sell you

Of course a chinaman knows what's going on at a "spa", they run most of them. He must have a better offer than $3700/month rent for his dump and wants Delinto out. Wouldn't be surprised if the next place has trafficked Asian women/girls, drugs and gambling.

That's definitely not a nice area of Toronto, not the worse but it's pretty crap. If you go more South closer to the lake then at least that's more desirable.

Multimillion $ homes, dude... 6 Point Plaza ain’t gr8, but no drug dealers... city just remodelled Dundas-Bloor-Kipling triangle... looks really nice now...

Unlike many American cities, very few run down areas in T.O.... u don’t c boarded up houses & vagrants even @ Jane-Finch... but this area= upscale. 🏘

...& then we have... SCARBERIA!!! Ever wonder why we call it that?
