Simple, all you have to do is develop another hobby.

This month, I purchased 5 cameras and am learning photography. I haven't booked as many escort appts as I normally do. I have reduced my hooker consumption by about 40%.

I realized that to quit the sex hobby, all we have to do is develop our other interests and invests in those interests.

If you like hockey, go to 5 hockey games and you will find your urge to book sex workers is diminished. If you like guns, join a gun club and go shooting in your spare time.

Easy. Replace one hobby with another hobby and you have cured your sex addiction.

The issue with BJs and FS is that you can't hold onto it and reconsume it.

Once you get a BJ and drop your load, its gone. And then you crave it again, 24 hours later. That's why this hobby is an addiction. It offers us something our bodies crave and it is an instant consumable, needed to be replenished too quickly. Given that a session is $150 to $200 avg., this is not a great situation to be in.

With my photography, I can buy a great used camera for between $50 to $200 and I can use that camera dozens of times, for 3 years or more. I can even sell it down the road and recoup close to 40% of my purchase. So, it makes it even more affordable, in the end. I can take great pictures, hold onto them, consume them again and again, but my investment is only the 1 time purchase.

So you see, getting other hobbies is more rewarding and fulfilling. Hence why we don't suffer from withdrawl of photography or basketball etc., but we do suffer from withdrawl of our sex addiction.

Sometimes, when I feel the urge to hobby, I will take a long drive to Niagara and see the falls. Nice time driving, nice scenery, get myself a great dinner and it lasts much longer. At less than 2 minutes a session, and for $150 avg., this hobby just doesn't fulfill me any longer.

If I could marry Asian Angela, then yes, I would see the value in the hobby - past and present. But, all I can do is rent Angela for 30 minutes at a time, maybe for twice a month. Total, about 4 minutes of thrusting and $240 - $440 dollars in the hole - pun intended.

And no matter how much you invest in a sex-worker, they want nothing to do with you aside from the appt. You can't court and win any woman that entertains hundreds of men each year. Impossible for the sex worker to become attached to any one of those hundreds of guys. Impossible for you to win her interest and keep it, when she has dozens of offers every month.

So, I am trying to develop other hobbies. And it does work. I have noticed a difference.

I purchased Canon cameras, although I recently used 1 sony model and liked it very much. I am going to try and buy more Sony cameras going forward. I think all the cameras are good nowadays, as long as you have a large/good lense and a large sensor.

Mega Pixels don't mean anything in phototaking. Don't be mislead into beliveing that a 20 mega pixel camera is better than a 10 Megal pixel camera.

A 20 MP camera with a 2.5 sensor and a small lense will take inferior pictures to a 10 year old camera that is only 10 MP, but has a larger lens and a larger sensor.

From what I understand, the things to look for in a camera are:

1) A large and high quality lense
2) A large sensor
3) An 'f' aperature capability with a good range - I look for aperature capabilities of 2.8 or less on a wide angle set-up
4) A good ISO range and a camera that doesn't create a lot of blurring on ISO 400, which is the ISO setting I like to shoot at
5) An EV value that can range +-3 and in increments of, at most, 1/3rd
6) A camera that takes AA rechargeables. I prefer AA rechargeables over proprietary batteries. Easier and less expensive to replace
7) A camera that has 8 - 12 MP at the most. If you go to 20 or 24 MP, when you upload it to the internet, the computer will adjust the pixelation and remove some of the details of the photo - aka alter the photo to get it to fit their max upload value. It can make the photo upload look worse, not better. A 4k Monitor is only capable of showing an 8.2 MP photo upload, at certain standard photo sizes, from my understanding.

Again, I am just starting out, so I don't know as much as I would like to about photography and camera options. So take my advice with a grain of salt.

Oh, and above all else, get good lighting. You can use a 4 MP camera and get a better result with good lighting, than using a 24 MP camera with bad lighting. Lighting is everything.

You should be able to buy a very good, very capable camera, with a high quality lense, used, for about $150. On the high end, maybe $250. On the low end, maybe $80 - $100. There are so many cameras sold on buy and sell sites, that your options are plentiful.

I like taking Macro shots. Not interested in panoramic or long distance tele shots.

Sorry, you cannot get a good camera and lens for the prices you’ve quoted. My simple suggestion would be a Nikon d7100 with sigma 17-50, a prime lens, and take the kit 55-300. Its a great kit lens, the 18-55 is not.
Or you could go the mirrorless route, which I know nothing about. I’ve read though that the quality is just as good, but stay away from the micro 4/3rds type.
Actually if someone is just starting out, go with the d5200, it won’t be as intimidating.

Large sensor would be APS-C sized sensor. See chart below. APS-C size is the puke/lime/yellow green square that says 'Nikon, DX, Pentax, Sony' in brackets. Most point and shoot cameras use a 1/2.5 sized sensor, which is very poor. I can get a used camera for $10 that has a larger, better sensor, than a new point and shoot at the big box stores that sell for $150 new. The new point and shoot at the stores all max out the Mega Pixels, but have nothing other than Mega Pixels. The public likes higher Mega Pixel numbers. But, Mega Pixels don't make for a better picture. Almost, invariably, they make for less quality photos because the camera sacrifices some other quality to give the customer the higher MP number.



Large lens, I am refering to the actual size of the lens. Point and shoot have such small lens and such unfavourable aperature capabilities. I prefer a larger, more traditional lens with a lower aperature number - f2.8 and lower. The lower the aperature number, the more light that your lense can capture, but the less depth it can capture. A zoom lense will have a higher f number, which means although it captures less light, it has better depth of capture. Since I shoot close up, I want a lower f number and I don't care much for depth of field. I want lots of light to be put through the lens and I don't care if things in the background show up well. I am trying to focus on what is in front of me.

If you took a dick pic and sent it to a lady, you would want a lens with a lower aperature capability. If you went to Japan to see Mt. Fuji, you would want a camera with a higher Aperature capability, say f8 or higher. Lens that zoom have an aperature range - both at wide angle and at tele zoom.

Still learning though, so as I go, I learn more and correct previous knowledge. Ask your friends who might be more along in the photo hobby than I am. I don't know much at this point. Trial and error.

Buy a camera that is used and has better specs. Don't buy new unless you are rich and don't care about the money you spend.

Yes you can. There are thousands of people that want to turn their cameras into money and they will sell you their used cameras for under $250. Sometimes even less than $100. I bought a camera for $40 that is better than any point and shoot in the stores. I bought a camera for $10 that is also better than any camera (point and shoot) that they sell in the stores. If someone wants to get rid of something, they will sell it cheaply.

Or you can find an older model for $200 and work your way up to the newer models. I prefer to buy used and older and work my way up. Kind of like those that just start getting into motorcycle riding or sports cars.

And same with my tastes in Asian Milfs. I LOVE Asian Milfs. Sweet Alice is similar to a 10 year old camera that has all the specs for taking great photos and won't cost you an arm and leg like the newer models will.

I think it's easy to quit(even though it's an addiction ). The first problem is treating this as a hobby, photography, working on cars etc. Those are hobbies, being a John is not a hobby...it's an addiction. Now I'm not knocking anyone for doing this...cause I have had many amazing sessions at premier and I dont believe in regret. Just go and see a girl once in awhile when you feel like it, but it feels like guys are doing this just to write reviews...Lmao. FYI these girls do not have high opinion of the johns who come there, no matter what they say. So go see a girl and don't over analyze the experience...just my thoughts
