I have my appointment! Kendra is having me help her break in a new girl. I feel so special. I will post a review of my fun and the new locale once I get there. It looks like a few really good, well known SPs have made the move to her studio as well.

Ok so they advertise the ladies rates and the room rates. While Kendra said that there would be some availability at $200 even at that the min $ to walk into the place is $250? Any real fun will be what?

Looks like 250 for the basic fs, plus room fee so 275 to 300 range, does that sound correct.

What will a GFE go for 300 plus room fee?

Just how much is the room fee, and is it like Peter's old places, per half hour or higher for the whirlpool...

Couple of things I liked about the site content:

~ The girls are "individual contractors" to the studio..I take it this means that each girl can set her own individual pricing to suit her needs and those of her clients.

~ "Typical" rates have a range..100 to 150 for half hour plus room fee of 50 (for up to 60 minutes), and 200 to 250 for 60 minutes plus room fee of 50 or 100..

~ Rates would then range from 150 to 200 for 30 minutes FS, or 250 to 350 for 60 minutes FS, depending on the "individual contractor".

A bit different from the large scale "cartel" pricing of the 5 room studios, it appears..

Having only 2 rooms , and 2 attendants on duty at any one time gives the attendants a chance to make some really good coin, and reduce the chances of getting blanked.
