Etown MP gals joining an Agency...

This is a pretty important question, Kashs...i'm glad you phrased it this way.

My thoughts:

* Money: Business has probably slowed down quite a bit at the MPs, so some of the ladies are looking to supplement their declining income with agency work.

Some of them are getting tired of getting blanked. Even the more popular ladies are suffering this fate...see this post:

At a lower pricing point, they get more business...These gals are willing to be busier, earning money, rather than earning less money with fewer appointments. They have goals to reach, and sitting idle in an MP room is not helping them achieve those goals.

* Internal politics: the catty girls drive out the less aggressive girls.

* Restrictions on an individual lady's ability to set her level of pricing with which she is comfortable..

Some studios have "Cartel" pricing, and to price herself differently is to incur the wrath and insults of the other girls..It's okay to charge MORE, but verboten to charge LESS...see this post:

* Not only do some studios have "Cartel" pricing, they also seem to impose "Cartel" SERVICES...no bbbj, only cbj...no msog, only ssog..etc.

* Also, basic FS at the MPs is set at 240 to 260...this is crazy, considering you can now get FULL GFE for this price from the Visiting ladies.

(An SP once told me that the gals can quote a range from 220 to 260 for basic FS, depending on how she feels about a potential client. Naturally, the girls almost NEVER quote 220..it's always in the higher range..)

So, when an MP lady sees this , and wishes to compete against this, she knows she can't , and she knows she's losing business by not having the flexibility to do so..You can bet some of them get frustrated..

* MP girls' abuse of the term "GFE" when a client asks for it..many of the girls are saying Yes, they provide GFE, when they really mean..any ONE of the extras is GFE, not ALL of the extras...so they try to get GFE pricing if they allow kissing, but not any other extra, or daty only, but no kissing, and nothing else..
