Expensive Hobby

I guess I've spent over $18,000+ over the past 6 yrs (6 yrs x 12 mths/yr x $250 avg/mth). Wow?!?! I don't regret it, as it's been a lot of fun.

Meanwhile, the MP where I've spent the most is HFH (figure, about $6,000). And surprisingly, the MPA that I spent the most on would be Roxanna (formerly from Studio 34, about $2500)... which includes dinner dates.

Let's hear from the "big spender" hobbyists.

$175K over 13 yrs.... WTF!?!?!?! That's an avg of $1120 per month.

No possbile way can anyone have the time and money to devote to being a hobbyist, unless your last name is Sundin, Belfour, Roberts, etc.

I am sure the memories are great, but you could get your own mob mistress for much less. Think it's time to find a cheaper sport.

Not a big spender, but its 11 per what I spend monthly on stuff. Less than the mortage and condo fees, more than groceries.

Been retired from the hobby since early March. Not only have I wiped out a $5000 CC debt, I've bought a lot of stuff for the house, I'm $2000 ahead, plus I even bought some new golf clubs (Taylormades). Not a bad idea to step away for awhile. BTW - if you're spending over $1000 a month - wow!

I dunno...if u making that kindda cash...then u must be awfully busy to have time to spend $1100/mth in Allure. You know how it is...the richer you are...the harder you gotta work (in most cases)... of course could be a gazzilliion reasons why u got that kindda cash...

But anyways, my point is, if ur spending that much, may i suggest Bangkok? After going there twice now i don't even feel like going to any MP's here in Toronto. When the litttle guy starts doing the thinking I may drop by now and then, but every single time I feel like i've been ripped off.

Chump Change Guys!

I've been at it for close to 20 years at an average of 15k per year. I'm truly addicted. One thing I've learned, you always pay for it one way or another and hobbying has the least baggage for the buck.

First of all i don't spend everypenny @Allure. I said most but not all.
Second is i consider myself fortunate enough for still making some time to go the the Mps.

Third is that i i am not a huge fan of the Asian girls so Bangkok is not for me.
And the last thing is ,i don't see any point in lying to anyone about my hobby.
There is nothing to gain out of it.
