Ok, then since you have so much legal knowledge and experience, enlighten us as to what really happens when it -rarely- happens to a customer? What happens in the other case scenario when you actually get busted rather than let go? Severe case scenario: a cop walks in on you and your attendant while you are getting a HJ/BJ/ FS right on the spot?

If you are getting a HJ, BJ or FS you can get charged criminally with being an inmate of a common bawdy house. However if you are in there just getting a massage which all of us are there for you will not get charged even if the lass is naked. You are not breaking any laws so you have nothing to worry about and you are not even required to identify yourself.

Section 2 of the CANADIAN CHARTER OF RIGHTS AND FREEDOOMS, our Constitution reads as follows:


2. Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms


(a) Freedom of conscience and religion;


(b) Freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication;


(c) Freedom of peaceful assembly; and


(d) Freedom of association


Section 24 (1) of the CANADIAN CHATER OF RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, reads as follows:

If you are stopped by police and you are not doing anything contrary to law, you are under No legal obligation to:

2. justify why you are where you are, or


3. produce identification or prove means of supporting yourself, or


4. go with police for further investigation or questioning UNLESS you are placed under arrest.

Otherwise there is no general duty to identify oneself to a police officer.

In fact, I was asked to start this thread by a lass. Even if you don't care about yourself, try to think about them and what they have to go through to keep you happy once in a while.

Finally, MPs are for massages , not FS or BJ. You need that- go to escorts, as somebody mentioned. More importantly, let's not perpetuate myths that ALL MPAs do those risky 'extras' since that is what- most of the time- gets them in trouble.

I agree, if you get charged thats entirely up the cop. But whether or not the charge will stick is what is in question here. If you are not doing anything wrong, such as lying on the table getting a massage, then you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Even if the couple in the next roof are having f/s. You have deniability right there as it was behind a closed door.

Any cop with half a brain knows that its a waste of time to charge someone who is not in an incriminating position.

I suggest you re-read my post and you will see I also mention HJ in addition to the BJ and FS as being illegal. If you are not, the chances of you getting charged are very slim depending on the mood of the LE officials. Just because you are in there doesnt neccessarily mean that you knew what was going on in the room next door.

Offering those sorts of "extras" is risky , from a legal standpoint, for everyone involved.

For MPA to offer those extras puts all three at greater risk, and that includes the poor sods in the next room that weren't offering/asking for FS/BJ.

In the same way, if one of the lasses is a "coke-head," that's bad for everyone else in the building, irrespective of what you think of the use of drugs.

Furthermore, as a result of those risks, this puts a premium on the price of MP-based FS/BJ.

Not only did the risks go up, but the price is likely to be worse than that offered by an escort, for more extensive services.

Thus, it's a bad deal all around, adding risk, cost, and probably not involving all-that-spectacular FS.

The police don't need to catch you doing anything to "make the charge stick." To "make the charge stick" they need to prove:

1. That indecent acts occur at the MP;
2. That you were in the MP; and
3. That you do not have a lawful reason for being in the MP.

These are the elements of the offence, if they are made out, it doesn't matter whether they catch you with your rod in her hand or not. Admittedly, it would be harder to defend the charge if they caught you in such a position.

THIS time you need to applly linear mode of reasoning, not mutli-directional, but I see you are learning. This is a new thread that has no direct bearing to the EBC thread, so refer to argumnets only put forward in this string.

At the top, one poster was trying to convince me that it is ok to go to MPs, since nothing will happen to us.

My argument was that, if LE want to, they can actually stick charges for certain activities.

Sheik, as a veteran, pointed out these activities that are more likely to get you in trouble without insisting that there is nothing to worry about.

Also, read my posts very carefully, since I did not say -as you write above- that LE

will lay charges on the EBC. I simply mentioned that this might be a possibility, if they wanted to.
