guy i chat to online has suddenly stopped chating?

weve been chating for months online nearly every day on cam and off ,we have each other mobile numbers when he doesnt hear from me he texts me and asks if im ok ,if im still talking to him?,we basically chat 24/7 about everthing and anything, hes spoke about meeting me a few times and this thursday was a possible day of meeting he said he was going to try get a half day off work to meet me.....hes been really honest with me about his bi polar condition and how hes been having really bad time at work. also he has injured his leg and is in a lot of pain frrom that and is waiting to get an opperation. Ok well last time we spoke was on monday night ,everything sounded fine, never heard from him tues or wed and ive been on the websites hes usually on every day and hes not logged in since then or been on msn? i dont get whats happened to him as its not normal for him and i do beleive he is a genuine guy,any ideas?

He's Bi Polar, maybe he's suffering from anxiety about meeting you for the first time, he doesn't want you to pressure him so he's ignoring you completely.....that's my feeling anyway.

If you're willing to put a lot of work in go for it, but he has to give back too - it can't be all one sided.
