...bottom of his ribs..? It's not on his ribs and it's not really hard. It's like 2 inches above his weewee. He's a rescue terrier mix, ~9 months old, he's not neutered. Both his balls have dropped and he doesn't really have any problems and he doesn't cry or anything when I touch it. I'm trying to figure out if it's part of his body or not? I checked on my other dog but he's kinda muscular so I couldn't tell.

Any vet techs or vets know? Thx

My basset hound had those too. Some were like fat packs and two or three were tumors but they can be removed easily. Check with a vet to see if they are cancer because these can be signs of cancer but again a simple surgery removes them.

It could be an umbilical hernia. Sometimes when a pup is born, the stomach herniates where the umbilical cord attached. Take your pup to the vet to make sure.
