The ads under this name, and variations of the name, Sim, Simrat, Simmy, Simrat Kaye etc have run for years. Originally there was a condo in Skyview NE. Quite unattractive ladies at that time. Then some place closer to downtown. Then something around Centre street. Probably some guy who runs these ads. Have never read a positive review ever. Personally I only visited the Skyview place years ago. Total non repeat for me.

If someone reliable can post a positive review.. great .. otherwise avoid

Yep. Never a good review under any of her aliases, numbers, locations.

Avoid. She was also running out of her place on Cenre St at beauty lab and wellness. There was reports of cameras in the clock and smoke detector on the roof, and there was a review stating all of that with pics. She started posting fake reviews to cover it but then now deleted the business off google. Be careful

Very doubtful that it's a woman-masseuse running this operation. Been around for some years at various locations, probably a money laundering scheme via real estate, the massages are a prop
