Introducing my 5 year old cat to a new environment with a dog and a cat?

My girlfriend and I are moving into a new place together. I have a 5 year old male cat who was an outdoor cat for 4 years until he was recently neutered. My girl has a dog (8 year old female begal) and a cat (2 year old female, not spayed). What is the best way to introduce my cat to this new environment with these new animals? When he sees outside cats from out current window he growls at them, so I'm sure his reaction will be defensive when seeing a dog and cat in a place he does not know.
