I have noticed this storefront for a place called D SPA located next to a tattoo shop and just down the strip from Crystal Nail & Spa (a previously reviewed "amp"). The storefront has 3 blinking neon signs that are always on, but the important open light is never on. The it always seems to be dark in the shop with all windows blacked out and some blinds on the door itself.

Just curious, has anyone ever been here or seen it open?
