OMG! was misled by the address and mixed up an existing place with a new place. Thanks for pointing out that gentlemen.
I will take my lumps.

New place across the street from Del Sol. Their address is so similar I mixed them up. Completely non chalant building that until now, have ignored for so long since it does not draw a second look.
Well gentlemen, a new place open and establishment looks promising.

A new place to TOFTT but everyone is welcome to beat me to it first and post too.
Good luck to the new place and if they are aware, will try and keep business repeating when they execute it right. For sure we will patronize when it's good.

Yes, they've been advertising on MP for a couple months. Since nobody reviewed them I figured they were legit (The ad sounds like they are legit but then so does Xiaoping's!)
But then "extra" is right there in their name

The mirror is odd...suggesting something else.

But...I think I looked at their website. They use their real names, are not asian (that I am aware of)...and two of the names are related: one rmt, one working on her rmt studies....so maybe sisters.

This building used to be a tattoo parlor...so maybe the mirror was left over from that business.

Dropped in with no appointment today Sunday February 16 at 5:40 PM . Before stopping I had made sure the big neon sign in the front window said ‘OPEN.’ A very nice looking mixed race lady was at reception and asked if I was there for an appointment. I replied ‘No, just saw your ad regarding first time $60.99 and saw your sign, so I thought I would stop by’. Lovely lady said oh sorry but we are about to close for the day.’ She did also ask me if I was there just to look around and meet some massage therapists, so some brothers have been there to snoop. Anyway she sent me packing with an application form ( medical info, full name ect) ,price list, and even mentioned I could try Del Sol across the street. Survey says ‘ struggling new legitimate place, chances of Happiness, slim to none.

Did you happen to catch if the nice looking lady you talked to was a masseuse or just the receptionist?

I can't quite make out the prices in that tiny picture, but for the first time special price might be worth a try.

Yes she indicated that she was a massage therapist and would be happy to give me a session ( Mullatto or half black and white) if I made an appointment. Sorry but MP won’t let me put a full size photo up. What I find interesting about the pricing is the ‘Member’ price for 60 minutes is 79.99 and non member price for one hour is 99.99. Ect seems pricey especially if you are selling memberships to keep the price down and sustain loyalty buts still steep

If it is 100% legit, purely from a marketing stand point, it seems really odd to call your business "Massage Extra" if you are at all familiar with advertising in the RMT world and "No Extras Offered".

That would be like GM naming one of their cars "Doesn't Go"

I am starting to believe GM should just name all bodies of their vehicles: The Chevrolet Lemon(ade). And, they should come with a warning decal: "Please Note: this car may be good for close to 100,000 km. If it starts falling apart before and after: the letters "ade" are designed to be removed, more accurately reflecting the quality of our product."

This business is VERY "flakey" to say the least.

If you try calling there during regular business hours, (6:00pm), they say to "text them"....you then text them, and they don't respond.

You then drive to their location (arrive 6:15pm), and the place is in darkness, and the doors are closed/locked.

The thing is, they say on their signs that they are open until 7:00pm.

First and last time checking this place out !

Tried again to check this new place out. I was sitting across the street in front of Del Sol and phoned at 4:45 pm. I spoke to an Asian man who told me they were booked up for the day. . So they’re busy ...

I called, Asian dude answered, I asked about the therapists none are Asian except the male therapist, and all massages are very draped.
