Massage office/ other software question

For anyone that uses this software-

I'm assuming that you input clients names & addresses into it. Is there an easy way to get those addresses to be printed out on address labels?

Can anyone post the names of the different software that is offered?
Then I can do some google searchin' to see what I can find.

I had Massage office for a couple of years and now I have Customer Profile. I had to look hard and figure out how to print labels. I did it once a year for X-mas cards and I think once a month would have been better.
I think that MS Word has a label function.

Massage Office - I have it.

I know how to print lables.

Here ya go ----->

Look at the top of the screen:
File / Maintain / Open / Utilities / Display

• Choose "Open".
  
• Choose "Report Generator" from the pull-down menu.
  
• Double click on the file that says "Labels".
  
• Double click on the file that says "Clients".
  
• Double click on "Mailing Labels".
  
• Click on the "Preview" button on the right (this will bring up a list of the clients on the labels for you to LOOK AT before printing).
  
  Print on 1" x 2 5/8" mailing labels.

NOTE: I use the "do not call", "do not fax" and "do not mail" check boxes below my clients for my particular lists and then use "Query Options" (above "Preview") to make smaller or larger mailing lists to particular clients.

I am sure there is another way to change my list around, but this is the easiest for me.
