The owners of the seedy Florida massage parlor where Robert Kraft was allegedly a patron kept meticulous records on the services their female employees provided — yet carelessly tossed them out in the trash, according to an arrest warrant unsealed Thursday.
Detectives in Jupiter waded through a dumpster behind Orchids of Asia Day Spa — where the New England Patriots owner is accused of paying for sex acts — as they built their case against owners Hua Zhang and Lei Wang.
In one haul on Nov. 14, 2018, they found scraps of paper that when pieced together made up a spreadsheet with various details, including “name,” “service,” “time,” “amount” and “cash,” the warrant showed.
Investigators also turned up several wet napkins which later tested positive for semen.
Five days later, an agent dug through the business’ garbage again and found handwritten on a piece of ripped-up paper, “11:00 Lulu, 1 hr, Dan,” the warrant said. The numbers “0878” were also scrawled in parentheses and believed to be the last four digits of a credit card number.
Zhang and Wang have been charged with numerous felonies related to a long-term, multi-jurisdictional human-trafficking sting involving several spas in Florida.
As many as 200 people, including Kraft, have been charged with solicitation of prostitution.
The new court papers chronicle each step the Jupiter Police Department undertook in order to obtain what’s known as a “sneak-and-peek” warrant. The warrant allowed them to strategically install surveillance cameras inside the spa to catch workers — and johns — in the act.
That’s how they allegedly caught 77-year-old Kraft visiting on two occasions on Jan. 19 and 20. He was recorded allegedly receiving sex acts by workers there and has pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charges.
