A 56-year-old massage therapist from Riverside has been arrested on allegations of sexual battery and false imprisonment of a customer and authorities believe the man may have other victims.
In a press release, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department said in May of this year deputies took a report on the incident and identified the suspect as Charles Russell, a certified massage therapist.
Authorities allege the 56-year-old “sexually touched a customer inappropriately during a massage at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, in Rancho Cucamonga,” and added that they were able to substantiate the allegations.
An arrest warrant was issued for Russell, and he was taken into custody on June 12 and booked at the West Valley Detention Center.
