Masseuse minimum tip?

Newbie here, I would like to know how much is the minimum tip for a masseuse? Specially when she is offering extra?

Standard rates in most places I go are as follows;

$40 hj
+$20 top off
+$20 bottom also, usually includes body slide but some want +$20 for that as well. Extra extras are negotiated - ymmv everywhere.
I think these are standard rates that many of us are paying at most places, the premium spas are more but good luck figuring out those prices. Best thing to do is ask before you start so you don’t get a $200 surprise just because someone walked in and turned the lights down for you.
