MIni-spa party for girlfriends

I'm kind of planning a mini-spa party for some personal girlfriends. The party is going to be at one of the friends house. She agreed to host it since there are no kids, no husband at home that particular night.

I was thinking of giving her a GC for a free 1 hour massage as a hostess gift. The potential of getting some new clients out of the deal is pretty good. Is the GC too much? She's the one that's been angling for some 'good' discounts.

I guess I'd base it on how good a friend she is, if she can/will refer clients to you, how likely she will be to be repeat client. If she is, can/and will, and is likely, then I'd say go with a half hour. If she isn't, won't and is not likely, then I'd give her a half hour. That way, you can offer to upgrade it to an hour for $10 or $15 or $20. And if you get some good clients from the party, you can give some sort of referral reward, maybe a coupon for each of the clients you get. Good luck, hope this helps! mick
