As to your less interesting question: whenever they, and their partner feel like, much like yourself. If you're asking about buying the service you're looking for an SP, not an MPA.

FS doesn't happen at almost any MP reviewed here man, unless I've been lied to left right and centre since I got here.

My experience has been that every single MP reviewed here DOES offer FS. In fact they insist on it. The surest way to leave an MP unhappy is to refuse FS. Not only that, they don't want to get paid for it. In fact they are insulted if you pay them
when they have provided FS. Not only do they provide FS, but they prefer to provide BBFS. When they ask you if you want nude, reverse or body-slide, they are testing you. If you are "in the know" they are really asking if you want CBJ, BBBJ, or BBFS. So just respond accordingly and you will put a smile on their face.
Of course, if you are a new client she may not trust you - she may think you are LE. To get around this problem, when she asks you if you want extras, start jerking off vigorously and say repeatedly "I know the secret code" - this will earn her trust.

If you don't believe me, just ask Goober's Mom. She started the great tradition of FS at MPs and continues to be its finest practitioner.

F/S has been offered at a few mp's with the vast majority being unlicensed. It's not offered to everyone either unless the girl is an idiot or a slave.
