One word of advice, make sure you are specific in your request with either one. If you are looking for SP treatment, then say SP. If you are looking for MP treatment, say MP. Both are a little LE paranoid and won't offer the service unless you come out and request it. They offer both services too, so there's a little confusion.

I had an appointment with MacKenzie, but had to cancel due to work. I couldn't find an agreeable time with Alicia. (but I will try)
