Hi,
I have a question for all you spa guys as I recently went to a spa in Richmond Hill.
I had read a few posts and then called the spa
and made an appointment for 11:30 am.
I went to the spa at my scheduled appointment time and was told to wait.
I can understand maybe a 10-15 minute wait at most but not 25! And that’s when I left.
Is this because I’m a new guy and there were other preferred customers there?
And do younger guys have to wait usually?
I hope to hear some good feedback so I can start off on the right foot.
 
Spas will book but tend to prefer walkins since its a sure thing. I'm guessing they filled up before you got there and didn't want to turn away the sure things. Surprised they didn't put you in a room to keep you from walking. Happens less if you become a regular though
