Trimmed but not shaved. No ink, no jewelry. Only real flaw were somewhat crooked teeth. Edit: I just did a little research and I see there was a review of a girl named Coco at Smile around May 19th or so. That review indicated the girl had braces. This is NOT that Coco -- no braces, and no indication there ever were any as noted by my comment in the description that the young lady had somewhat crooked teeth.
