I visited the spa for my second visit and decided to go with Pinky. One of the worst experiences of any spa I have been to. She seemed reluctant to even work but was directed by the boss lady who was taking care of the reception on 10/04-2024. She starts massaging with one hand and while my head was down on the table, I could tell that she was on the phone. She does this for 5 min, puts her phone away, now is it both hands for like 10 seconds and keeps asking me about extras/tips. I am like you didn't start massaging yet. I should have got up and walked out of there but I gave her the benefit of doubt and continued. She tells me that her shoulder is achy so not in the mood of massaging and only wants tips and be out of here. We agreed on a number and went for the finish which was lack lustre and horrible. I was done within 10 min all in and paid for 30 min + tips for the most horrible service of all time. I don't think I will be visiting Best U again since I paid for a service that was so shitty. Stay away from Pinky.

I have bad day on my last visit to the spa, I called and reserved a masseur，I arrived on time and was lead to the room, I was waiting for more than 20 minutes but no one showed up, I feel so upset and I put my clothes on and leave, when I left and meet Mina at the front door and she told me that the masseur was in bad mood and didn't want to work, she recommended another one to me but I don't want to stay, it is not the spa fault but they should let me know instead of letting me stay in the room for long

I don't care. I know what happened and communicated that to their team. I even DM'd them separately and also offered to remove my previous post which they asked me not to remove.
I am not in favour of any particular spa as I am not a promoter and just a client. Never had this kind of behaviour from any spa before.
