Located just a short distance from the DVP on Lawrence is a journey into Shangrala!
I arrived for my appointment full of anticipation from the reviews and PM's I received regarding Changs. I was trying not to get to worked up only to be disappointed. Well, I can honestly say, my expectations were not only met, they were greatly exceeded!
My session started out with Shirley and Anne both giving me a massage- I am thinking to myself after dropping Perry's name that I am getting preferriential treatment, I mean, I didn't ask for a duo *wink*, however, it seemed to me that Shirley knew I was a massageplanet.netite, and she wanted to wow me with excellent customer service. She did.
As with my RMT, we did a head to toe assessment of stiff areas and the nagging aches and these were promptly dealt with. Shirley specializes with the hands and Anne is a knee, elbow, and back walking specialist. Imagine if you will, 20 minutes of this treatment, with 2 masseuse's focussed solely on relieving your stress! I was and still am in heaven reliving this session. After the 20 minute duo, Shirley left, brought back a very hot towel for my neck, to relieve the tension, and the session continued with Anne alone. As I was laying on my stomach, I was thinking to myself that I have already been here an hour, there is no time to finish.
Wrong. The back walking continued for awhile longer then, Anne moved down to the legs. Between you and me, I have always felt that a good leg massage done properly is very erotic, without being sexual. My leg massage was Numero Uno, as a previous Italian customer had written down for Shirley, which massageplanet.netite was that...haha. On the flip I had honestly felt like I had exceeded my hour allottment, But no, we continued...
The session continued, and as I am laying there, I am worried about getting home in time for dinner. Same great service, a lot of attention after the "fact", and the wind up to the massage continued for another five to ten minutes. This is a very big bonus, so many times the MPA's overlook the fact that your arms, upper body, and head are an extension of YOU. Not here.
After a nice hot shower, I am offered a Hot tea, or H2O. And I spend 5 minutes or so conversing with Shirley. BTW, she is very pleasant and a good conversationalist. Shirley is from Taiwan, and Anne is from Mainland China. She asked about my session, is genuinely concerned, as mentioned earlier we joke about Numero Uno, as she almost gave me the card it was written on. I grab a candy on the way out, and dream about my next session there, next week.
If you are in search of a RMT quality massage, this is the place to go. I give it 6 thumbs up, borrowing Shirley and Anne's. It reminds me a little of some of the massage's I recieved in Hong Kong and China, when I did business there.
My only dream is that Shirley franchises out and opens up Chang to the rest of the GTA, specifically the Airport area, as it is a bit of a trek for us in the west end. That said, what is that saying again?
