Started long before new ownership, really went down hill last spring and summer, b&s , rushed , ncns, and just plain shitty service. Just transferred all the same bullshit over to paloma, you don't hear much good comming from there either, all the aforementioned , plus major league upselling. Ya'll can have at it....

I've only been to Sunflowers once, I was unhappy as well. I didn't bother to do a review. Now that I think about it, it may have been before I joined here. I have no idea if it was before or after the ownership change.

Going by your join join date it was just before that, the service level dropped off dramatically. Way too much bullshit went down.....ownership change happened a few months back, from right now.
