NEWPORT, R.I. (WLNE) — The Rhode Island Department of Health has suspended the massage license of a local business owner.
RIDOH suspended the license of Seth Joslin, the owner of Bellevue Massage and Bodywork in Newport.
In the summary suspension, authorities wrote that Joslin discouraged a woman from reporting the assault of employee Patrick McGirr as it would have “a negative impact” on McGirr’s personal relationships and Joslin’s business.
Patrick McGirr also had his license suspended and was charged with second degree assault after he allegedly groped a female client.
Two years ago, Joslin’s brother, Kevin, was charged with first-degree sexual assault.
Adblock test (Why?)
