I had an extremely pleasant phone conversation with Sandi at Body and Soul this morning around a variety of things, customers, attendants, attitude even towels, and I must say this is a lady who seems to care about the business she operates.

She certainly has a firm grasp (get your minds out of the gutter!) on what is required to make a spa comfortable for clients and attendants alike. It sure seems to be working with the recent influx of talent from other establishments.
