Seven more massage therapists have accused Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker of sexually inappropriate behavior, joining nine others who previously alleged misconduct, according to a report from The Baltimore Banner published Sunday.
The latest allegations are similar to the ones originally raised by The Bannerโs reporting, including accusations that Tucker exposed his genitals, had an erection for most of the massage and brushed some of the workersโ thighs with his fingers, according to the new report.
One of the women who recently came forward told The Banner that Tucker left bodily fluids that appeared to be ejaculate on the table after his session, matching past accounts from other workers.
The Banner also reported in its latest story that one woman said Tucker โmade intense eye contact throughout the massage while exposedโ and others said he โused his erect penis to move the sheet.โ The women were not named in The Bannerโs story to protect their identities.
โWeโre trying to put the pieces of this together through the chronology of events,โ Michael Belsky, an attorney representing some of the massage therapists, told The Athletic on Sunday regarding the new allegations. โOnce we have that done, weโll look at what legal rights our clients have.โ
Belsky and attorney Catherine Dickinson previously told The Athletic their clients โhave been afforded comfort in their experiences being investigated and heard by the public and validation in knowing that they are not alone.โ
Regarding any response from the NFL, a league spokesperson said โthe matter remains under review of the personal conduct policy.โ
There are now 16 women in total who have come forward to The Banner across eight spas in the Baltimore area, including from multiple luxury spas, with the workers saying Tuckerโs alleged misbehavior took place between 2012 and 2016. Two spas banned Tucker from returning, according to a previous report by The Banner.
Tuckerโs lawyers did not a respond to a request for comment regarding Sundayโs reporting.
In a Jan. 30 statement posted on X, Tucker, 35, denied the accusations and called the allegations against him โunequivocally false.โ He said in his statement he never received complaints from a massage therapist, was never dismissed from a massage session and was never told he was not welcome at any spa. He also called The Bannerโs reporting โdesperate tabloid fodder.โ
On Sunday, the Ravens declined to comment on the latest allegations. Previously, a team spokesperson said the organization was aware of the reports: โWe take any allegations of this nature seriously and will continue to monitor the situation,โ the team previously said.
โWhile it is only one step forward in the recovery process, it is important and empowering for any survivor of sexual misconduct to tell their story and to have people listen,โ the attorneys said earlier this month.
