Tavern is great and the Sports Bar is good too. Also try 3 sisters and get upstairs for pool, strip pool is always fun and they cant play for shit. Try and get there before 10 though as I have been in 3 sisters later and anything good has already gone!

JW510, I remember the places by the Eton Hotel, especially the Tavern.
You are absolutely right about the Phillies wanting to stay over.
One girl stated to me that she has slept on an armchair for 1 year, and as soon as they hit the bed, its magical for them. Had good times at the Bar...are the girls the same as earlier this year, or have they changed ?

I am off to Pudong next week for 2 weeks.

OK, well my experience of FL action in Pudong is mainly limited to the girls you pick up in bars around Chang Yi Lu Right by the Eton Hotel, which is a 12 kwai ride from the ShangriLa). Avoid CraigsList for the freelancers on there, you will occasionally get the odd one but maybe you will see a genuine one once a week if you're lucky.

The deal there is that you have to buy them drinks (between 5 and 7) or just pay the barman the bill and then agree the price with the girl. Depending on the bar depends on nationality but most are Chinese or Phil'. Then you take them back, normally the Phil girls will want to stay all night as their own apartment is normally around 7 to a room.

The worry for me (and maybe this is a personal thing) is that I would be scared shitless about taking one of these girls back, it's pretty obvious by the way they dress what their line of business is. Taking them back to the ShangriLa (which isn't the kind of place you can book for an hour) even if you work there and get to use the tradesmans entrance would have me shitting kittens to be frank.

You have to be careful here and all it would take is for you to fuck off one of the locals at the hotel and he makes a call to the local constabulary and u r out on your ear (at best). Expo has got alot of the hotels clamping down and some wont let in anyone who is not resident after 11 (you could always get her in there by 10 and ask her to wait whilst u go back out on the piss I suppose). I heard of one hotel in Pudong being fined 100,000rmb for every non resident they had, so they will be royally miffed if its one of their staff who have done this.

Maybe I'm not using the right term.
I guess I'm wondering if there is any freelance action in Pudong area; in other words, girls I can safely bring back to my hotel for the evening.
Any info regarding action in the Pudong area would be appreciated.

Theres not much action around the ShangriLa although the bar in the basement is reputed to be worth a visit but wouldn't think that would be a great career move if you're going to be working there!!

Is there lots of available FL's to choose from within walking distance?
Is there an area in Pudong where the "scene" is concentrated or rather hit and miss?
