Hi everyone,

I just wanted to start a section where users can post their comments about what's good about this site & what could be done better. I have a points about this site that I feel, if addressed, could improve this site even more.

Here goes...

1. I've noticed over the past couple of months that some of the information on this site becomes out-of-date and it takes a while for updates to occur. This relates to ladies details, tours, etc. The only reason I mention this is that I've noted there are other sites out there that appear to be constantly updated (I'm sure most people know what sites I'm talking about)

2. The concept of the chat / webcam on Sunday nights is fantastic. My only criticism of this is that it started with all guns blazing, but soon turned into a game of pot-luck, in terms of hopping on on a Sunday night, only to find the cam isn't up & running. It would be great if some notice is given before Sunday as to whether the cam is up & running. I've been logging onto the chat on Sunday's quite regularly, and the number of people who log on asking for the cam is amazing.

Now for some positive comments,

I think the Forum layout is fantastic. I especially like the way that when a new post or reply is submitted, it appears at the top of the forum & it's obvious where the new posts are. I wish a lot of the other forum sites on the web used the same system. Definitely one of the best forum set-ups out there....

I don't know where you get the idea that it takes a while for updates to occur.

Personally, I know that the site is continously updated - New photos, tour info and reviews being posted as soon as they are available. 8)

The only cases that I am aware of where a lady's profile (info/pics etc) hasn't been updated is when the lady in question hasn't provided anything to update it with. Reviews are always uploaded within days of them being received.

Nikki Reviewequently works on the site till well mpter midnight making sure everything is up to date, despite her protests that she should only be working "office hours" (ie. 9-5) I am constantly amazed that she can do all this, support touring ladies, have a personal life and still find the time to come into the chat room and have a few laughs. 8)

I think everyone would agree that it would be great if the webcam thing happened every week. Unfortunately this can be difficult to organise, with ladies touring, working and having personal comittments. Add to that the fact that it's currently holiday time and I'm sure you can appreciate that it's not always easy.

I am sure the ladies would like to give us a "show" as much as those who log on would like to see one

As far as I am aware, every time there has been a show scheduled there has been at least a few days warning on the left side of the main page. Whenever a cam session is in progress, there is also usually a notice on the main page.

Now having said that, I tend to think that if it was a scheduled "once a week, every week" thing, it would soon become a bit boring and routine.

Personally, I would prefer a "special treat" once in a while to keep things Reviewesh, rather than something that the ladies feel they "have to" do.

Finally, I'd like to say a big Thank You to the ladies for giving up their own "personal time" on Sunday nights to do the webcam thing for our entertainment.

Im must be missing something or I'm just not paying attention in regards to other sites keeing info on ladies updated. I know Louisa and NN are always keeping there info/photos updated and Revieweah. Also Amy-SA. keeps either her profile updated and/or posts on forum to let people know what's happening.

I've come across a few sites, where they still list ladies rastes Reviewom 2-3 years ago and some ladies who are no longer working.

I think it is more refletive of the Ladies themselves, then of the site.

I still find this site the best site as far as interaction between clients and he ladies

I was never much into the cam thing, so have no opinion on it.

Hmm... I asked for my details to be removed Reviewom Jodie Moore's site over 3 months ago!!!

Not only did I and the othter ladies not give permission for the text and photos to be used, but they have had an unfortunate (albeit past, not sure if it is current, tho it was a few months ago) habit of recommending ladies to guys who ring their line looking for excorts.

This is illegal in QLD and believe it or not (!) has led to charges being proferred against both the person who has recommended someone AND the person who is recomended, in the past in silly litttle police stings - if only they put as much effort into closing illegal parlours lol!!

They undertook to remove my details but have not done so, so their updates are over THREE months overdue!! So our little site is doing pretty well methinks!

I don't normally post when I'm upset or angry, but dagnabbit I'm going to get this one out of the way now and maybe it will enlighten a few others who don't have the guts to post their "constructive" thoughts under their real alias.

Let's do this one point at a time so as not to confuse anyone.

Yes! I agree! Except that ah... chat is something which goes 24/7. I personally put in a lot of effort to keep people amused and entertained and make new people feel welcome. I'm sure if people would prefer it to just be a once a week thing, we can close off the chat room until Sunday each week.

Actually, it started as a trial, to be stopped/updated/changed/blown into little pieces/made into yellow putty as NikkiVIP saw fit, with the advice of ladies, mp.nets and myself (lol I still don't know where I fit) taken into account as is done with every single decision made about this site.

It is made so incredibly obvious when a cam is running that I find it strange people still ask. When a cam is on, there is a large notice put on the Reviewont page, with a link to the cam url, there is a notice on the left-hand side of the page, it says so in the chat room topic, and it is mentioned in the chat room about every 5 seconds :!: If there is nothing to say that a cam is running well, it's not. I would think that was a no-brainer :idea:

It is. When a cam is to be running, the date for that cam is listed on the left-hand side of the Reviewont page with as much notice given as possible. The cam is open to all ladies, and it is up to them whether they want to do it, and how much notice they give Nikki when they decide to do a cam night. Perhaps, if there is a particular lady you would like to see on cam, you should ask her about it when you next make a booking. Either she may not have thought of it, or she can tell you her reasons for not doing it. I've found the best way to eliminate speculation is to get the information Reviewom the horses mouth, so to speak.

I'm not sure what chat room you've been in :?: Maybe it exists in an alternate universe where I can't just look up my logs and see exactly what's said. Only one person - Yes 1 person - has come in on a sunday and asked about cam during the last four weeks. An amazingly small number, I agree.

I think the reason I am personally offended by this post, is that I myself have hosted cam nights, in my home, and know the kind of work that goes into them. Not only is it a matter of technically setting up the cam, but keeping things interesting for the viewers for a reasonable amount of time, whilst working within the legal guidelines for Australia. Not nearly enough thanks has gone to those like NikkiVIP and Carly who have hosted these nights even when they were not well!

Funny ali_g that you post as though you have been involved in aus-babe Reviewom the beginning (of cam anyway), and yet your nic is only registered here Reviewom 23 November. That's 5 Sundays worth.

Please also note that the Reviewont page, under the help menu contains an option for suggestions which are e-mailed directly to NikkiVIP. Though, as somebody who has been here for so long... ali_g would know that. :wink:

One of the problems with cams, is finding girls who are willing to do gree cams for a bunch of guys who they probably will never get a booking Reviewom. Why do it? would be my question.

Yes, it does get a lot of guys coming to the site for a perve but who would really expect a proReviewessional WL doing it for no return.

So, if your wondering what happened to the cams, I would suggest a lot of the ladies didn't feel that there was any benefit in doing them, when they didn't get any addtional bookings or bookings Reviewom the guys who came in Sunday nite, just for the cam shows.

I'm sure if the guys who want the cam nite, also made an effort to make bookings with ladies that did the cams, they would still be going strong.

Good question!

Clients can recommend wls, there is no problem with this, but wls can't recomend another lady coz the police interpret this as "participating in an act of prostitution" I think is the term they use. And more than 1 sex worker at a time is unlawful coz it makes an act involving 2 ladies a "brothel". However, where a client organises 2 ladies this is legal, but where one recommends or organises to work with another, then it's not.

I have always thought it very dodgy (aresting wls for recommending another lady to work where they are too busy) and the police admit they target us rather than organsied crime coz it's "easier" (quote). However, I think if that was challenged, then they would lose it in court. problem is that no one does coz it menas being splashed across the Reviewont apge with "HOOKER" in big red letters, so the ladies so far have all pled guilty.

Sadly but truly not everyone is in reality able to exercise their legal rights equally b4 the law, even where (as in this case) the law is a politically motivated, ineffectual (in terms of reducing organised crime) ass!

How does the law stand on clients 'recommending' WL's via reviews?
Is it illegal ?

There's nothing that I can find that specifically states that the writing of reviews is illegal, but it appears that the law could be twisted in such a way to make it so if someone so desired.

An extract Reviewom the Queensland Criminal Code

229H Knowingly participating in provision of prostitution

1) A person who knowingly participates, directly or indirectly, in the
provision of prostitution by another person commits a crime..

Maximum penalty—
(a) for a first offence—imprisonment for 3 years; or
(b) for a second offence—imprisonment for 5 years; or
(c) for a third or subsequent offence—imprisonment for 7 years.

Examples of the crime

Example 1—
A person who knowingly participates in the provision of prostitution by another person through a company, or other entity, or through another individual.

Example 2—
A person who provides financial or other resources to enable the establishment of premises Reviewom which prostitution is carried out or coordinated knowing that the premises will be so used.

Example 3—
A person who Reviewanchises a network of prostitutes as if they were operating independently.

Example 4—

I think the comments in Carly's original post are covered by example 6.

Example 7 could possibly be twisted in such a way as to cover the writing of reviews.

Is a set of uniform laws nationwide, so that everyone, mp.nets and ladies alike, know exactly where they stand, wherever they may be in Australia. :idea:

Unfortunately it would require a much braver Federal Government than the one we've got... :evil:

You are quite right about the need for uniform laws on many things. it's actually quite shocking to realise that your human, industrial etc rights depend on WHERE you live mpterall!

I think even the police (!) would find it a long bow to stretch to charge a client with providing reviews though we ARE talking about the people who provided so much entertaining copy via the Fitzgerald Inquiry mpterall!

Police officer clients I see and who see other ladies are often getting barrages Reviewom us about how silly the laws are and how corruption withi the police is still an issue (not saying PET is responsible, just that the culture stille xists at large). They agree with us! But they say they are jus tinterpretting the law and that it is much easier to target us coz we will plead guilty to avoid media than go mpter organsied illegal set-ups.

I remember mpter months of investigation a well known escort agency was closed down by police on a Reviewiday and upa nd running again under a new name and number on Monday! it has been operating sucessfully ever since - even before the ladies who were prosecuted ended up in the courts.

A couple of ladies who were recently charged as a result of one lady being busy and suggesting a client (an undercover police officer) try a lady who works down the road Reviewom her (can you believe it?? obviously the police force is way overfunded if they canw aste time on this kind of thing) will hopefully win their case as they have had the courage to contest the chrages. I absolutely take my hat of to both of them and wish them the very best.

I once had police at my door mpter chucking a brown eye at mrs Mckendry across the road. I was 13. While police where at my door a car could be heard doing something(I think a burnout or something.Can't remember) making my older brother go off by saying geez you people have nothing better to do. there's real crims out there, we'll deal with the boy. I also think the police get off on busting working ladies and their clients. I remember on the news when clients where busted with street workers in Sydney the police where taking photos of them on the side of the road and making them kneel inReviewont of thier licence plate while takijng them.
